Step 1: Run the program on your computer and select "Recover from iTunes Backup File". If you have connected many iOS devices with your computer, it will display all of them in the window below. Choose the iPhone 5S backup file you want to recover and select the latest backed up file. Then click "Start Scan" to find out all the lost data from iTunes backup file.
Step 2: When the scan finishes, all found data are displayed in categories, like camera roll, photo stream, photo library, contacts, messages, message attachments, call history, calendar, notes, reminders, voice memos and safari bookmark. You can preview full contents of all of them one by one.
Step 3: Check the files need to recover, click “Recover” to save them on the computer.
